Every team needs a captain, and every captain needs a cap. We are introducing the TFC Cap(tain) item! A beautifully designed cap for your TFC Avatar and to boost one player in your winner lineup!

What is the Captain’s Cap?
The Captain’s Cap is a new TFC item. Owning the item allows you to select and boost a player as a captain in your lineup. The caps will be usable when the new division system is introduced.
Quick Facts:
- The captain will receive an additional score boost
- It can be applied to any player in your lineup (also on jersey-boosted players), giving you a chance to boost players like Kimmich!
- You can only use one Captain’s Cap in one challenge per gameweek (If you want to boost in multiple challenges, you need the equivalent number of Captain’s Caps)
- Only applicable in Divisions
Captain’s Cap Variants
There are four different Captain’s Caps. Each has a different multiplier to boost one player in one challenge.
Common Cap
Every jersey owner will get this item as a free airdrop in their inventory. This airdrop will take place right before the implementation of the new Division system.
Bronze Cap
Silver Cap
Gold Cap
What does the boost of the Captain’s Cap look like in reality?
Imagine you have a jersey-boosted Bellingham lined up (3% boost). With a base score of 80, the Bellingham in your line-up would have a score of 80x1.03=82.4. If you also use your common Captain’s Cap on him, the boost will increase from 3% to 5%, bringing up his score to 80x1.05=84. The boosts are additive.
How long can I use the Captain's Cap?
The Captain’s Cap is a seasonal item, thus only usable for one TFC season (July — June). It will be available from march and usable for this and the new season.
Do new TFC Members receive the Common Cap too?
Every jersey owner will get this item as a free airdrop in their inventory.
How to buy
The Waiting Room
One hour before the drop starts, you can join the waiting room. There is no need to be the first, as everyone has the same chance to get a spot in line. Most of our recent item drops have sold out quickly, so the waiting room helps ensure everyone interested has a fair and equal chance to purchase a bag.
Update Waiting Room:
There will be three waiting rooms for this drop, one for each cap. You will be able to join all three waiting rooms.
The Queue
Two minutes before the drop, the system will randomly assign each collector in the waiting room a place in the queue. You will be informed about your spot and automatically redirected when it’s your turn to purchase. In cases when we sell out, your place in the queue will largely determine whether you’ll be able to purchase an item.

What you need
To buy the bags at the TFC Marketplace, you need three things:
- A registered TFC account.
- A Blocto wallet is connected to your TFC account.
- You need to have FUSD in your Blocto wallet.

To buy the bags in the TFC App, you need a sufficient amount of coins. You can earn coins by playing challenges or easily buy them in the App via Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Team Allocation
We are not reserving any bags for the team but saving some for challenges and marketing! This means there won’t be any Duffle Bags allocated to internal team members. However, each team member will have the freedom to join the drop and purchase bags like every member if they decide to do so (no preferential queuing will be given) or buy on the marketplace.
